Wedding Photography // Wedding Videography

I warmly recommend a full day documentary wedding photography, so that I can cover the entire day from preparations to the end of the day at least until the first dance and throwing of the bouquet and garter. I usually stay for a little while as the party starts and guest take it down on the dance floor and then quietly slip out so that everyone can enjoy the night to the fullest for the rest of the night. This way the couple will have an entire day captured in photos and in some cases on video too to go back to and enjoy for years to come. It’s amazing to go through the gallery and trace back all the moments from putting on the dress at 10am to see it twirl around the dance floor at 9pm.

To some, the official wedding portraits could easily be one of the most important highlight of the couple’s special day. To make sure I can deliver the best possible photos (and for the whole day too), I’d always like to meet up with my clients before the big day. If in-person meet is difficult we can always opt for an online meeting and get to know through there! This way we can discuss your interests and possible preferences to make sure that everything is tailored just the way you like it, for example if you have a special shooting location in mind.

As well as photography, I also offer videography services. Many of my clients choose to have their day captured both in photos and video. Since I do both alone, during our first meeting we will discuss which one you’d like me to prioritise, for example would you rather have the first kiss captured in still photo or video. Most of the time the package chosen is both video and photos, with still images being the most important. This way, you’ll have a full day documented in stills and highlights on a max 10 minute video with music. I also do fully videography documentaries too, this is usually when the couple has another photographer do the stills so I can fully focus on the video alone.

If you’d rather not have me for a full day, there’s of course also the possibility for shorter sessions too. Some people prefer to have a professional photographer only for the ceremony and the official portraits for example. Let me know what you’d like and we can discuss a price!

After the wedding the newlyweds will receive an online gallery from where they can download all of their photos and videos directly to their devices. The gallery will be delivered around three weeks after the wedding at latest. The couple has full developing rights and the digital photos are all in full resolution for printing. A full day documentary of the wedding will yield around seven hundred to a thousand edited photos. Highlight videos taken alongside photos will be up to five to ten minutes long, and videos taken without photos usually are up to 30 minutes long including all the speeches etc.

People and Families

This category includes a lot of things, from family shoots to graduation photos, but each one of them is connected by one thing – people. It doesn’t matter if the shoot is for an occasion or you just want to capture that one warm summer day with your kids, I’m more than excited to be there to make sure that the photos of that moment will be something you can cherish for years to come.

It’s important that all of us feel relaxed and happy during the shoot, so it’s a good idea to discuss what you want and like first beforehand. With children for example the process of shooting can be little scary, so it’s a good thing to bring some familiar toys etc. to the shoot that we can use during the session to lighten up the mood. I’m also very easygoing and comfortable around kids, as an aunt for two beautiful young nieces and from all the experience I’ve had working with multiple families over the years. It’s been lovely hearing afterwards from the parents how much fun their children ended up having during the shoot.

Most often when picking up a location to any kind of shoot I tend to veer towards outdoors, as the natural light usually makes up for the best atmosphere. Parks, beaches and even city locations can create really beautiful backdrops for photos and more often they provide the most natural posing opportunities too. If you have a location in mind, don’t hesitate to let me know and we can plan our shoot around that!

After the shoot you will receive an online gallery from where you can download all of the edited photos directly to your devices. The gallery will be delivered around two weeks after the shooting at latest. You will have full developing rights and the digital photos are all in full resolution for printing. The shoot usually takes around an hour and results in around 150 edited photos.

Animal Photography

Like for a lot of photographers, animals are the reason I picked up the camera in the first place when I was younger. At start I was simply taking photos of cute dogs and horses, but soon realised how amazingly their personality shone through from each frame. Just like people, animals have their unique traits and personalities that can be seen on camera. When taking photos of pets it’s always lovely to see their unrequited love for their family members. These moments lead to the most beautiful and emotional photos between them. Many of my clients have told me that these particular type of photos have been such important memory keepsakes for them, since our furry family members leave this Earth often before us.

Just like with people, it’s good to discuss what would you like from the photos and if there’s any particular location you have in mind. Especially with big animals like horses it’s often impossible to travel anywhere far so we usually find inspiring locations from a walking distance from the stables. I believe that animal photography can be as artistic and beautiful as taking photos of people, so the results I produce are as high quality as any other of my photos. My clients usually include dogs and horses and their owners, but any type of animal is more than welcome!
